Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of the first consultation Initial consultations will only be formally confirmed after payment of 25% of the total amount, including the consultation fee, via bank transfer or online payment, within a maximum of 48 hours after scheduling. Payment and confirmation of scheduling The consultation will only be considered effectively scheduled after receipt of payment confirmation and its acceptance. Without this confirmation, the appointment will not be valid. Cancellation with refund of the deposit It is possible to request a refund of the amount paid (25% deposit) up to 15 days before the scheduled consultation date, by contacting the clinic directly. Cancellations after this period do not allow for a refund, except for valid justification (such as serious illness or accident). Attendance at the consultation Those who attend on the scheduled date will benefit from a 5% discount on the total consultation fee, an advantage that recognizes and rewards the commitment made by the patient. No-shows after confirmation If the patient does not attend the scheduled appointment without a valid justification (e.g., sudden illness or accident), 25% of the amount paid will be retained by CMIT and will not be refunded. Justification must be communicated promptly to avoid financial penalties. Rescheduling appointments Rescheduling should be requested as far in advance as possible, preferably up to 15 days before the scheduled date and time, by contacting the clinic directly. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations Repeated no-shows or cancellations without prior notice may lead CMIT to restrict or suspend the scheduling of future appointments, aiming to ensure more efficient management of the clinical schedule.
